Together with you, we develop a description of the function, personnel specification and all other essential framework conditions. Using this information, we draft an advert (taking account of any relevant legal regulations) to go in print and online media, obtain your approval and place the advert.
Once the application deadline has passed, we analyse the written documentation from all applicants using acceptance criteria (general, specific, essential and desirable) and give you a written statement on those individuals we suggest including in the selection process.
With individuals drawn into this selection stage, we carry out a personal, multimodal interview combined with two IT-based tests (personality and performance process). You will receive written reports on the results of these tests and interviews, which we are also happy to present to you or your personnel committee personally on request. Based on these results, the decision will be made as to which individuals should be chosen for the next selection phase.
For this, you have access to two different services offered by TRESCON:
- Panel interview facilitation followed by a recommendation to the personnel committee
- Extensive panel interview consultation and support
This includes the concept (for example, development and agreement of the tasks for the panel interview, appointment coordination, preparation of assessment and evaluation sheets), pre-discussion with the personnel committee and facilitation of the panel interview. Following this, a recommendation is passed to the decision making body.
